USD ACH & Wire Onboarding

We integrate directly with a curated network of top-tier financial institutions to facilitate local payment methods that fall outside standard credit or debit processing.

While these services are managed entirely through the Align interface, certain high-value or highly regulated rails operate under a shared governance model.

This means that while Align provides the technology, the underlying financial partner performs a secondary layer of due diligence.

Specific Payment Methods Requiring Authorization

The following services require a one-time, secondary compliance review by our regional partners before they can be activated:

  • USD ACH & Wire Payments - Direct domestic transfers within the United States require an additional vetting process by our US-based banking partner.

  • USD Virtual Accounts - The issuance of unique, dedicated virtual account numbers for automated reconciliation requires specific approval from our underlying partner.

Important Considerations

Because these financial rails are managed in conjunction with third-party institutions, users should be aware of the following:

  1. Independent Compliance Standards - Our partners may have specific documentation requirements or industry restrictions that differ from Align’s standard onboarding.

  2. Operational Constraints - Certain product features, such as transaction limits, geographic availability, or processing windows, may be dictated by the partner and are subject to change based on their internal policies.

  3. Timeline - While Align streamlines this process, the secondary authorization can introduce a brief lead time before these specific payment methods are fully "live" on your account.

💡 How to Apply - Onboarding users to these partner rails is not triggered automatically. Please reach out to our team if you are interested in accessing this product.
